Hydrating but no drastic difference in fine lines
4* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I was one of the lucky few people who received this product as a part of the beauty heaven X Natural Beauty event in Sydney recently. I am fairly new to the brand Antipodes so I was very excited to try this product. I loved how light the product was on the skin, very easy to work into the skin and no greasy feeling on skin after application. However, besides slightly more hydrated skin, I did not notice any reduction in fine lines. I appreciate that the scent of the product is also quite subtle and will continue to use the product. However, Im not sure if I will repurchase just yet as I have used other products in the market that have provided slightly better results for a similar price.

Hydrating
4* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* Having tried the Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum, I found it to be hydrating with a lovely rose scent. It was a little oily when I first applied it but takes a little time to absorb into the skin, so please be patient with it. My moisturiser applied nicely over it. I only used it at night time as recommended due to the bio-retinol ingredient. It is beautifully packaged and I will use it a little longer to realise its benefits. So far I have not had any sensitivity and my skin feels and looks more youthful with some fine lines diminishing. Happy overall.

5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* Antipodes, you’ve done it again. What an outstanding product. Before we move on I’d just like for whoever is reading this right now, to give the team a slow clap on this one cause, truly I’m blown away. The Antipodes Eve Bio-Retional Line Reduction Serum was incredibly light weight and it sunk into my skin like a dream. Not only was it incredibly easy to use, it felt like it’s always belonged in my rotation of products and truly, what more could you want. Definitely worth giving this a trial slot in your skin care routine. Thank you, thank you!!

Retinol alternative serum
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I received the Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum to trial at the Bh Natural Beauty Event. Its packaged in a dark amber bottle with a dropper lid. The serum is an oily consistency but doesnt leave any greasy after feel on the skin. It takes some time but it does absorb easily - great for use in the evening as retinol serums should be. The Antipodes rep did say that this could also be used in the morning as well. It contains cacao oil and bakuchiol which is the natural alternative to retinol, a source of Vitamin A. It also contains prickly pear oil and Kakadu plum oil which has antioxidant benefits. It has a subtle rose scent which is hardly discernible. Ive only used this for 2 weeks so too early to tell whether it reduces visible fine lines.

Love the feel!
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* Thanks to bh for letting me part of the natural beauty event and of course to trial this fantastic Antipodes product. I have been a huge fan of Antipodes products because they are always made of the top quality ingredients at a relatively affordable price range. The products do as they claim. I started using it as soon as I got them from the event. Whilst I have not noticed any obvious changes, I can say with confidence that this products is nourishing and makes my skin feels good. I have acne prone skin and yet it did not break me out. I am also told that whilst it is a Retinol product, we do not have to avoid sun.

Very comparable to high end VitA oils
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* Thank you BH for giving me a chance to try this serum during natural beauty month. I have heard great things about Antipodes and when I sampled the serum at the BH event I was very excited to try it out given all the hype about vitamin A and bakuchiol. The product comes in dark glass bottle with dropper. It has a florally fragrance that doesn’t linger on the skin when applied. I trialled this product for a week and during the trial I kept to a simple routine of cleanse, eye cream, serum and regular moisturiser to ensure any results I was seeing was from the serum along. I use 4 drops for both my face and neck. I apply to my palms, slightly warm between my hands and gentle patting and gliding motion over my skin. In the morning my skin was smoother and brighter after first use. While I haven’t been pregnant or nursing in a few years I appreciate that the natural ingredients means it’s safe to use for everyone.

Eve Bio-Retinol Serum
4* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I received the Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Serum from the Natural Beauty Month event to trial. Already a fan of Antipodes, so very excited to have included this into my skincare regime. This serum has an oil consistency which isnt heavy or oily. My skin absorbs it well and leaves it feeling soft. I can see that this will leave skin feeling really hydrated therefore less lines appearing. Its really gentle on the skin and have a really nice subtle scent to it. Because this isnt a retinol product, I can use it during the day as my skin wont have a sensitivity to it. Did I see a reduction in wrinkles? Cant say I need to use the product for 4 weeks to be able to give that type of review but so far, I like how my skin feels and looks when using this serum. If its anything like their other products I have high hopes that this will perform.

Safe for Breastfeeding mothers...?
3* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I was lucky enough to be invited to the Beauty Heaven Natural Beauty Month Marketplace and received the Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reducing Serum. I have used a lot of Antipodes products in the past and have loved every one of them. This product was a little concerning for me, I am currently Breastfeeding my 11 week old daughter and although the Brand Representative at the Marketplace was very positive that this product was safe for Breastfeeding and Pregnancy, the word “Retinol” really freaks me out. I decided to give it a go but sparingly and not daily. I used it 2-3 times a week with just 2 drops for my face which I find is plenty. It has a beautiful scent to it but I haven’t noticed any real change. I probably should be using it more often. I think for now, ill be putting it aside until ive stopped breast feeding and then give it another go.

5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I tested this as part of Beauty heavens Natural Beauty Month. The brand Antipodes and the ingredient retinol have separately been on my radar for a while so I was excited at the chance to try this serum out. The representative claimed that since this is a bio-retinol, you don’t need to avoid the sun (i.e. use only at night) like you would with normal retinol. I haven’t tested her claim as I am huge on sun protection, and I prefer to play it safe. Better safe than sunburnt! It was easy enough to use insert this into my night routine and as it is an oil serum, it was very hydrating and made my skin glow. I am happy with the results and I would definitely purchase when I run out of this one.

Naturally Derived Retinol Serum
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I received Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum as part of Beauty Heaven Natural Skincare Month. I was lucky to receive this bio-retinol serum, I have been using it for the past couple of weeks. It comes in a dark glass bottle with a dropper, which makes it easier to apply. After applying the serum which is fast absorbing I follow it up with my daily moisturiser. I have noticed an improvement in my skin firmness and a reduction in fine lines. This is my first time using all-natural retinol serum and being able to apply it during the day and night. It does not cause any irritation or sensitivity to sunlight. It didnt cause any skin sensitivity or redness. I will buy it again.
