It felt cooling on the skin and slight tightening of the under eye area

Unfortunately I didn’t notice any dramatic results.. my eye area felt cool and refreshed. But I didn’t notice any difference in my dark circles and puffiness. I feel I had a slight sensitivity or tingling when I wore this.
